Silver highlights shine through the wines pale gold color. The bouquet is fresh and vibrant, with blossoming aromas of lemon, peach and mandarin orange wafting up from the glass. The palate is perfectly paired with the nose, with notes of mandarin orange, lemon, pink grapefruit, white peach and green apple all bound together with a perfectly balanced teeter-totter of racy acidity and stony minerality. The fruit lasts through the finish, joined by the delicate flavor of acacia honey, which adds a wonderful overall roundness to the wine. Medium bodied with enough of that excellent acidity to make aging worthwhile... if you can hold yourself back from grabbing a glass.
