Highlights of lemon shine in this pale yellow wine. Aromas of citrus and white flowers are nestled in a bed of toast and vanilla. The palate is somewhat uncharacteristically fruit-forward and fleshy for what one would typically expect from this appellation: Notes of yellow apples, crushed stones and fresh cream abound. The medium body is wonderfully balanced between the expression of fully ripe fruits, the soft-yet-crisp acidity and the toasty, nutty background notes before ramping up to a brighter, finish.
