Return Policy

Bag & String Wine Merchants stands behind our products and we are happy to issue a replacement or exchange for any bad bottles you might receive within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please understand that before a replacement or exchange can occur any bottles suspected of flaws must be returned to Bag & String Wine Merchants for inspection by a manager.

If you are out of reasonable driving range, you can ship the product back to us and will be credited for shipping fees once the item is determined to be flawed in some way. The same or similar replacement bottle will then be shipped back to you at no charge.
