Very pale straw in color, almost silver in the right light, with flecks of green shining through. Gooseberries, passionfruit and fresh cut grass on the nose, paired with notes of honeydew melon, talc, sea spray and oyster shell. The palate is packed with flavors of white peaches, citrus, and fresh pineapple, along with returning notes of cut grass and melon. All of this is bound together by a mineral acidity that contributes to a refreshing and lengthy finish.
