In the glass the beautifully luminous, pale gold color shines in the light. The nose is generous, full of intense aromas of citrus, white peach, lychee and kiwi fruits as well as notes of delicate honey and white acacia flower. The medium-to-full bodied palate is fresh and citrusy, with note of pulpy, ripe white fruits and lemon supported by nougat and yogurt undertones. A mineral salinity gives balance to the tension between the excellent acidity and bountiful, pure expression of fruit, leaving an overall refreshing finish which encourages another sip.
