This light Loire valley white is a brilliant yellow color with highlights of golden luminescence. On the nose, notes of quince, plum, apricot, and acacia blossom lift from the glass, along with notes of barely ripe melon, green apple, and bright floral aromas. The palate bursts with notes of yellow fruit, acacia melon and lemon cream, complimented by a delightful mineral character. Excellent acidity and concentration of fruit compliments the soft texture, with notes of ripe yellow apple and a hint of lemon zest on the zingy finish.
