Clean, bright, intense maroon color, with a purple rim. Intense, beckoning nose of nark fruits, spice and judicious toasted oak aromas, due to the barrel againg. The medium-bodied palate showcases a mixture of red and black plums, strawberries, cherries and some grilled spices. Good entrance, silky texture, structured and round tannins. This is a stellar balanced young wine with outstanding concentration. A firm, dry finish with hints of fruit.
