2019 was a perfect year, both in terms of climate and production. Together with 2016, it represents one of the iconic years, in which Sangiovese in Montalcino expressed its maximum potential. The harvest took place in the “classic” times, from the beginning of September to the first ten days of October. As always, the parcelling out of the harvest was obsessive, which allowed us to obtain wines of certain longevity, still very young and fresh after the long aging in barrels.
