An unpretentious yet expressive take on Albariño, without trying to hard to mimic its cousins on the Iberian peninsula. The aromas of grapefruit and hints of lime are paired with delicate floral, grassy and mineral overtones. It’s intriguing yet nonetheless refreshing on the palate: clear flavours of green apple, white peach, pear and preserved lemon complimented by flinty minerality and subtle saltiness. Soft yet crisp with a vibrant and zesty finish of bright lemon zest and lime and that refreshingly bracing salinity.
