2009 - Garnet red color with orange highlights. A Barolo that on the nose recalls sensations of peat, but also fresh fruit. It then opens up to the world of flowers in the broadest sense, in particular white petals and all greenery, and its roots. In the mouth it releases great freshness thanks to the mentholated note on the finish, which goes into the retronasal and at the same time brings back the fruity note perceived at the beginning. A gourmet wine.
2011 - Garnet red color with orange highlights. On the nose variegated aromas: from important sensations of tar and petrol, to arrive at china. Gradually it opens with more fruity aromas, a fruit that we find recurrently in these Barolo Cannubi, like red fruit. In the mouth a very generous wine, with great taste and pleasant sweetness, as well as the tannins, which envelop you with great softness and long finish. Then the salty resurfaces.
2012 - Garnet red color with orange highlights. In this Barolo, an attack of licorice hits the nose. In the mouth, great freshness that plays in a very fine balance on the elegance that gives a sense of sweetness. It ends with an iodized sensation.
