Focused and fruity, with effusive black-cherry aromas. It's rich and full of ripe black-plum, gushing blackberry and black cherry jam flavors, plus accents of crushed pepper, bacon fat and plenty of spicy oak. The big fruit gives this a satisfying sweetness mid-palate but it finishes dry, oaky and lightly grippy. Smooth and soft in texture, this is an easy blend to drink during cookouts or just a summer evening.
Blend: 75% Cab Sauv, 9% Zinfandel, 6% Syrah, 4% Souzao, 4% Ruby Cabernet, 2% Petite Sirah
