This tasty, cozy little Côtes du Rhône is a beautiful ruby-red with purplish tinges on the edges. The bouquet is packed with the fresh notes of small red fruits along with a slight spice. The creamy, ripe and round palate is likewise jammed with flavors of bright red raspberries, redcurrants and strawberries that, when paired with an earthy salinity, tempers the otherwise overwhelming freshness. The easy, moderate tannins and well-balanced acidity create an elegant, supple texture, and when paired with the supple fruit and crack of spice, leads to an excellent finish on this hidden gem of the region.
