The 2022 Pinot Noir Deep Blue is an incredibly pretty wine: a tightly wound and vibrant blend of crushed blueberries, incense, red cranberry, smoky blood orange, gobs of wintergreen and white pepper forming its bouquet. Bright and fresh on the palate, This is juicy and round and a total pleasure to taste. vivid and ripe wild blue and red bramble fruits and wild green strawberries are energized by a core of zesty acidity. the fruit is braced by herbaceous cocoa and graphite accents as well as notes of white pepper and chopped fresh mint. Crispy yet refreshing, the 2022 finishes with notes of raspberry leaf through its medium length, leaving violet inner florals and a hint of licorice to fade.
