This wine is amabile, literally "loveable", a designation for wines that are sweet but not so sweet that they can only be served with dessert. Produced with Lambrusco Grasparossa it is deep red in color with high natural acidity that can counter the sugar content. THe rsult is a well-balance, intense red, soft, lightly effervescent wine that is indeed lovable.
