A clear and limpid color, with salmon reflections. A light and acidic nose, revealing fresh aromas of pulpy fruits, such as grapefruit and pomelo, as well as greedy notes of Morello cherry. The palate shows the terroir of Calavon, with a nice balance between freshness and greediness, and a delicate aromatic style evocative of Provence.
