An excellent example of a Merlot driven Bordeaux blend. Deep and dark in color, those descriptors could also fit with every other aspect of this wine: On the nose, dark fruit, blue flowers and toasty spice are all wrapped in a blanket of a deep, earthy character. The palate is jammed with dark berries, lavender and orchard fruits, backed by cedar and red clay. The elegantly silky texture is followed by a savory finish of truffle and black pepper.
