Fresh and fruity wine with delicate flavors that expresses itself. The grapes are harvested early in the morning, to benefit from the cool temperatures. It is after this decisive stage that the bunches are respectfully pressed using pneumatic presses. After rigorous selection, the juices ferment at low temperature in vats. Then comes the aging on fine lees, which will bring to the wine: freshness, body, finesse and delicacy.
Food Pairings: Grilled fish and white meats, shellfish, vegetable tians and Japanese dishes. Ideal for an aperitif.
