This is a new wine from Cervantes, but will surely become one of their mainstays, especially as more people experience it. Juicy, meduim to full-bodied, and an utterly delicious red which offers lots of red and black fruits, some savory chocolate, leather, and dried herb aromatics. Bright and exuberant, the cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot varietals drive the blend, providing savory complexity and structure. The soft tannins and great finish make it perfect for enjoying over the coming 4-6 years or so.
