The polate is a well melded structure of plum, cherry, iron, cured meats, cedar, dried flowers, and leather, with subtle nuances of spice. Velvety smooth in texture with light tannins, the finish is laced with aromatic fruit, a tuch of bitter alomd, and delicate vanilla.
