In the glass this wine is a pure, almost transparent ruby red color with bright reflections. The nose is a wonderfully dense bouquet of cherry and small red fruits combined with hints of violet and jujube and balanced against subtle notes of Mediterranean herbs. the medium bodied palate is fresh, fruity, and of good sapidity: intense flavors of red fruits and very food-friendly levels of acidity are rounded by a soft tannic texture which leads to a wonderfully enveloping fruity and spicy finish.
