Intense ruby-garnet red in colour, it has an intense, persistent, ethereal bouquet. The nose has a nice hint of red fruits. On the palate a pleasant note of licorice rises on a structure made elegant by the presence of soft tannins. Aged for about two years in large oak casks followed by a year in the bottle before release.
Food Pairings: It accompanies haute cuisine meat and game dishes, as well as savory cheeses. Serve in large glasses taking care of oxygenation.
