Bright yellow in color, subtle notes of ceral-like corn and linden blossom surround bigger aromas of pear, pineapple and mango which waft over a bed of chalky minerality. The palate is fresh and lively, with bold fruit notes of guava and stone fruits complimented by sublte hints of white chocolate. Rich in texture, its nonetheless vibrant acidity facilitates a lasting finish of wet stone minerality and subtly sweet fruit notes. This is a modern take on Chilean Chardonnay which proves that Chardonnay can be full bodied and fresh at the same time.
