On the nose this whiskey presents with aromas of malt, smoke and cereal. On the palate you experience spicy notes of cloves, cinnamon, oak, tobacco and pepper. One of the first New York single malt whiskies produced since Prohibition it;s made with estate-grown and estate-malted barley, distilled in a copper pot, aged for around two years, brought to proof and bottled by hand. This whiskey is best sipped neat or with a splash of water.
