Solera Aged Bourbon Sauterne finish is Hillrock's traditional mash, aged in the 4-tier Solera barrel system, and then finished in Sauterne cask barrels. The addition of french dessert wine barrels softens the spicy rye notes of the bourbon and adds a fourth dimension of sweet flavors.
