Doña Vega Tobala is produced in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca using 100% Maguey Tobala (Agave Potatorum). It is produced by a 5th generation family run by the mother and her 3 daughters. This mezcal is produced using traditional practices. The agaves are harvested and cooked in an underground horno. Next, they are fermented and distilled in copper pots. The final product is distilled to proof. Doña Vega Tobala has notes of vanilla, coco, nougat and toasted oak.
